Take the stress out of preparation and enjoy this meal catered for 6 people, equating to just a tad over RMB 120 per person for a full dinner served in the comfort of your very own home!
Marco’s dinner set Includes the following items:
Roast Turkey from Chile (3-3.5 kg)
Gravy
Cranberry Sauce
Chestnut and Dried Fruit Meat Stuffing
Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes
Roasted Wild Mushrooms with Garlic and Shallots
Sauteed Brussel Sprouts
The roast turkey is first marinated using various spices while being massaged with butter, resulting in greater tenderness and flavor.
After which, the turkey is oven-roasted together with carrots, onion, rosemary, olive oil and finished with a sprinkle of white wine.
The turkey is then served WHOLE, NOT cut, and is surrounded by a chestnut and dried fruit meat stuffing.
