One of the first indoor play centre’s or indoor play places for kids in Shanghai was Wells Jumping.
It’s at 1532 Caobao Road. You can easily see the Wells Jumping signs from the road, and it’s on the third floor. There’s car parking on the ground and basement.
It’s ¥100 per kid for three hours, adults ¥20. You get a token for a free tea or coffee. There’s WiFi, and toilets are inside.
The music is loud and Korean, therefore intolerable, but the sitting area has no music, which is a relief.
For birthday’s, they only rent the room for ¥380 and you can bring your own food, nothing special.
The women at the entrance can be accurately described as ‘borderline surly’, but generally speaking Wells Jumping is a pretty decent few hours exercise for ages 2 to 9.
